These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the KN55 platform, including all associated websites, mobile interfaces, applications, products, services and features operated under the KN55 brand (collectively, the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by KN55 ("we", "us", "our", "the Operator").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the Platform. We reserve the right to refuse access to any individual at our sole discretion.

These Terms are published in English. The English-language version constitutes the authoritative version and governs in all circumstances.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

To register and maintain an Account on KN55, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or license jurisdiction applicable to you.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting in your personal capacity, not on behalf of a business or third party.
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law, or where the Operator has elected not to accept registrations.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the Platform or had an Account terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You are not employed by KN55, any affiliate of the Operator, or any company providing software or services to the Platform in a capacity that could create a conflict of interest.
• You are of sound mind and not registering or playing under the influence of a condition that impairs your capacity to make informed decisions.

With respect to Pakistani users specifically: the Platform is accessible to individuals in Pakistan and content is provided in English targeting Pakistani users. However, KN55 makes no representation that use of the Platform is lawful under Pakistani law. The Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and other applicable regulations may restrict or prohibit your participation. You are solely responsible for your own legal compliance.

The Operator reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any Account where eligibility criteria are not met, including where false or misleading information was provided during registration.

To register an Account, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information as requested in the registration form, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information throughout the life of your Account.

One Account Policy: Each individual may register only one Account on the Platform. Registering multiple accounts, whether using the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts. Any balance in duplicate accounts may be voided.

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. Any activity carried out under your Account credentials is your sole responsibility unless you have promptly notified us of unauthorised access.

KYC Verification: The Operator is required to verify the identity and age of users before processing withdrawals. You may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (CNIC, passport or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of mobile wallet or bank statement)
• Source of funds documentation where required by the Operator's compliance obligations

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold. The Operator reserves the right to close Accounts where KYC cannot be completed.

Deposits: Funds may be deposited into your Account using payment methods listed in the live cashier at the time of the transaction. Minimum and maximum deposit limits, processing times and any applicable fees are displayed in the cashier before each transaction is confirmed. Payment method names referenced across this Platform — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are used as familiar Pakistani payment references for context only. Their mention does not constitute an endorsement of or affiliation with gambling services, and actual availability must be verified directly in the live cashier.

Deposits made with bonus-eligible payment methods may automatically trigger a promotion. It is your responsibility to review active bonus terms before depositing if you do not wish to participate in a promotion.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have completed KYC verification in full before any withdrawal is processed.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your real-money balance. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same method used for the original deposit, where technically possible, as a fraud-prevention measure.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing timeframes are stated in the cashier section and may vary by payment method.
• The Operator reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal it deems unusual in size or frequency.

Currency: where PKR (Pakistani Rupees) is the designated Account currency, all balances, deposits and withdrawals are denominated in PKR. Exchange rate risk for transactions involving currency conversion is borne by the user.

KN55 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, reload offers, tournament prizes and other promotional incentives from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms published at the time the offer is made live on the Platform, in addition to these general Terms.

The following general bonus rules apply to all promotions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonus funds are credited to your Account separately from real-money funds and are subject to wagering requirements before they become withdrawable.
• Wagering requirements, eligible game categories, minimum odds thresholds and expiry periods are stated in full in the individual promotion terms. It is your responsibility to read them before opting in.
• The Operator will not alter wagering requirements on active bonuses retroactively without prior notification to affected users.
• Free bets are void if the selection is void. Free bet stakes are not returned with winnings.
• Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment use only. Any attempt to abuse a promotion — including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies, multi-accounting or coordinated play — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in bonus cancellation and may result in Account termination.
• The Operator reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time, with notice provided where reasonably practicable.

All sports bets, casino game rounds, live dealer sessions and any other real-money wagers placed on the Platform are subject to the specific product rules applicable to each market or game, in addition to these Terms. Product-specific rules are accessible within the relevant section of the Platform.

Bet Acceptance: The Operator reserves the right to decline or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including where a market is suspended, where a technical error is identified, or where the Operator has reasonable grounds to suspect irregularity. Bets placed during a technical malfunction may be voided.

Errors and Obvious Mistakes: If odds, payouts or game results are published due to a manifest error (including software errors, human error or data feed failures), the Operator reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. KN55 is not liable for any consequential loss arising from an obvious error.

Cricket and Sports Markets: Pakistan cricket, PSL T20, ICC tournament markets and all international sports markets are offered subject to the rules of the relevant governing body. In-play markets close at the Operator's discretion based on real-time event status.

Maximum Winnings: Maximum single-event and daily winnings caps may apply to sports betting and casino products. These caps are published in the applicable product rules section and may be updated from time to time.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, termination, voiding of balances and reporting to relevant authorities where required:

• Providing false, misleading or incomplete personal information during registration or KYC.
• Registering more than one Account or using another person's Account.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any other software to interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Attempting to exploit bugs, errors or vulnerabilities in the Platform software for financial gain.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing or any form of sports integrity manipulation.
• Colluding with other users in casino poker or other competitive game formats.
• Using proceeds of criminal activity or attempting to use the Platform for money laundering purposes.
• Allowing a minor (a person under 18 years of age, or the higher applicable minimum age) to access or use your Account.
• Attempting to circumvent geographic restrictions or self-exclusion measures through the use of VPNs, proxies or other technical means.

KN55 is committed to providing a responsible gambling environment. The Platform offers self-exclusion tools, deposit limits, loss limits and session time reminders accessible directly from the account dashboard. Users are encouraged to make active use of these tools.

You may also contact our support team to request a self-exclusion or cooling-off period. Self-exclusion requests are actioned promptly and, once confirmed, cannot be reversed within the exclusion period.

The Platform is strictly for adults 18 years of age and above, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or license jurisdiction. KN55 will never market to minors and maintains age-verification controls at the point of registration and withdrawal.

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software and the overall look and feel of the Platform, is the property of KN55 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, redistribute, sell, create derivative works from, publicly display or otherwise exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of the Operator.

The KN55 name, logo and all associated marks are the exclusive property of the Operator. Unauthorised use of any KN55 trademark is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, KN55, its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or business interruption.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Operator makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, error-free operation or fitness for a particular purpose of the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability.

In no event shall the Operator's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

The Operator reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or other criminal conduct.
• A request by a regulatory or law-enforcement authority.
• Discovery that the Account holder is a minor or otherwise ineligible to hold an Account.
• Extended Account inactivity, subject to the Operator's inactivity policy as published in the cashier section.

Where an Account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to satisfactory completion of KYC and the absence of any pending investigation.

You may also close your Account voluntarily at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary closure requests are processed within a reasonable timeframe. Outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its operating license. Details of the applicable licensing jurisdiction are available upon request from our support team.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity or termination, shall be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism applicable under the Operator's license conditions. Users may also seek resolution through the applicable independent dispute resolution body identified in the Operator's license documentation.

For Pakistani users: nothing in this clause is intended to, and does not, override any mandatory provisions of Pakistani law that apply to you by virtue of your location or residence.

KN55 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, we will provide reasonable notice to registered users via email or an in-platform notification prior to the change taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 12 above.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
